Spa Arrival : we suggest arriving at the Radha Spa 10 minutes prior your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy : If you arrive late, it may result in a shortened treatment time due we have to accommodate other guests. We may recommend adjusting your treatment to fit the remaining time, and we will strive to ensure that your spa experience remains relaxing and enjoyable.
Any cancellation within 5 hours prior to the pre booked treatment is subject to 50% charge of the listed price treatment for no show will charge 100%
