One-day advance booking is recommended to obtain your preferred time. We always try our best to accommodate request based on our availability.
To secured the reservation, a prepayment is required. We will send the payment link to your email.
Spa Arrival: We recommend you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior appointment time.
Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, it may result in a shortened treatment time due we have to accommodate other guests. We may recommend adjusting your treatment to fit the remaining time, and we will strive to ensure that your spa experience remains relaxing and enjoyable.
Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least four hours beforehand or a 50 per cent cancellation fee will be charged. No-show also will be charged at the full treatment price.
